Money-back guarantee
Eligible new subscriptions are covered by a money-back guarantee within the stated period from your first purchase, provided the issue can't be resolved by our support team.
How to request a refund
Contact support with your account email and a short description of the problem. We'll first try to fix the issue, and process an eligible refund if we can't.
Exceptions
Refunds may not apply to renewals, promotional pricing, or where excessive use or terms violations are detected. Free trials are not charged and therefore not refundable.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Banks may take several business days to show the credit.
